Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The $100 Sprouts Gift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Elements Truffles LLC, 600 Palisade Ave, Union City, NJ 07302 ("Sponsor"). Questions: care@elementstruffles.mom.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Sprouts Farmers Market or Instagram (Meta). By entering, you release Sprouts Farmers Market and Instagram from any liability related to the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins November 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends December 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Online entry: During the Entry Period, visit a Sprouts Farmers Market store that carries Elements chocolate bars, then complete the entry form at elementstruffles.mom with your name, email address, the Sprouts store, a photo of you with an Elements bar in that store, and a photo of a receipt showing the purchase of at least one Elements bar at that store.

Entry by mail: Hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and the name and city of a Sprouts store on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Elements Giveaway, Elements Truffles LLC, 600 Palisades Ave, Union City , NJ 07087. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 9, 2026 and received by December 9, 2026. Each mail-in entry is treated the same as one online entry.

Multiple entries: You may submit one entry per Sprouts store location, by either method, during the Entry Period. Entries for different Sprouts locations each count as a separate entry. Duplicate entries for the same location count once.

Social activity: We invite entrants to follow @elementstruffles on Instagram and tag two friends on our giveaway post. This is optional and does not change your odds of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or submitted with false information, or photos that do not show what is described above, may be disqualified. Photos must be your own and must not include anyone who has not agreed to be photographed.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100 Sprouts Farmers Market gift card. Approximate retail value: $100. The gift card is subject to the issuer's terms. No cash alternative or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any taxes.

6. Winner selection and notification

On or about December 10, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be asked to confirm eligibility before the prize is awarded.

7. Use of your information and photos

Information you submit is used to run the Giveaway and contact the winner. If you check the box to receive Elements news and offers, we will also add you to our email list, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor will not share or repost your photos publicly without asking you first, except that, where allowed by law, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial and state.

8. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical problems. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures affect its integrity. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
